My first trip sailing with Martin was everything I hoped for. Great destinations, organised but with flexibility to change plans, a great group of people and a calm, experienced, professional and fun skipper. And not to the mention the boat which was the most comfortable catamaran I’ve been on. Would definitely recommend a trip with Team Spirit.

With some basis for comparison, I can confidently say that my one-week Caribbean sailing trip was an absolutely flawless experience. Martin handled every situation with professionalism, was always there for us, and navigated the boat with exceptional skill. For me, the time spent on the catamaran meant reconnecting with nature and finding a sense of peace. Every minute on the water was pure rejuvenation. We reached places and witnessed landscapes that simply would not have been accessible without a boat. The group was fantastic as well — which is also a credit to the captain. Different cultures, many languages, yet we all shared the same spirit: a love for adventure and for sailing. I can wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone. Everyone should try it at least once in their lifetime, because these moments can’t truly be put into words — they have to be lived. And for me, this was certainly not the last time.

For some parts of the world, the only TRUE way to experience them is by sailing, staying in a beach hotel or airbnb will simply not provide nearly the same level of diverse adventure and access, that a catamaran can, as well as, not nearly the same level of socialising and making friends. I Went Sailing with Martin twice, once to Seychelles and recently around the Caribbean islands, both of which where absolutely best trip I ever had anywhere! We had an amazing crew of diverse people that where really fun to get along with. We sailed and explored the most beautiful hidden gem islands every day and got drunk and played card games every evening. It was a very casual and dynamic experience, unlike anything resembling a typical package holiday, a true way to disconnect from the concrete jungle and embrace nature and human connections that make life worth living! Martin took care of all the logistics and made the experience a breeze (pun intended) we all felt very welcome and comfortable. He was very accommodating to everyone's dietary needs, lifestyles and music choices, which I really appreciate :D Most importantly he is a very chill, easy to get along with dude. Whether you are traveling alone or with a partner, would highly recommend Martin's services!
